That is the question. Alas poor Clarry, I knew him well. Is it better to have loved and lost, or should we have opened that Moppa last Christmas? This time we raid the Kalleske cellar and blow the dust of some grand old beauties to see if it has been worth the patience, or a fools errand! A four-course lunch is the perfect vehicle to help us devote enough time to exploring the potential value of bottle ageing and if it is really necessary or perhaps a waste of time.
The Matinée Cellar Series is a casual yet informative deep dive into some of the aspects and curiosities of wine we love the most.
Hosted in our underground cellar at Kalleske Cellar Door, we serve wines and lunch as we explore a themed tasting and guided examination of young and cellared wines
